From a 1.5m distance. Nothing personal, but we may as you to take a step back when needed. Please do your best to remain a safe distance from staff and other customers and ensure you practise social distancing.
If a team member is feeling unwell, we ask them to stay home. We ask you to do the same.
Due to recent SA Health announcements, masks are mandatory in public spaces. We ask that if you have a mask, you wear it when shopping in store to keep both you, our staff and other customers safe.
QR Codes
QR Codes are displayed at the entrance and counters of our stores. Please scan the QR code to check-in when you enter the store. If you’re unable to scan the digital code our friendly staff will be more than happy to assist you with manual check in.
Tap & Pay, The Safest Way
We are still taking all methods of payment in store, however we encourage you to use contactless Tap & Go when possible.
Keeping it Clean
We’ve implemented new cleaning procedures before, during and after hours to help stop the spread. We’re making sure to give extra attention to disinfect high touch areas such as changerooms and counters throughout the day.
Ask our staff for a complimentary pair of disposable socks when trying on shoes. Please feel free to use our hand sanitiser and keep your hands clean.
Less Crowds, More Space
Following SA Health guidelines, we’ve limited the capacity in store so you can shop safely. We may ask you to wait at the front of the store until there’s more space to shop.
Click and Collect
Our stores are still open, and we’re here to help! If you’d prefer to limit your time in store, you can shop online and use our Click and Collect feature so you can pick up in store.

Our teams are doing an incredible job working hard and doing their best to help customers get the products that they need and give you the best in store experience possible.
